1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing DressUp India, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
DressUp India is an AI-powered Indian fashion marketplace that enables sellers to list ethnic and western wear and buyers to discover, try on virtually, and purchase clothing.
3. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must be 18+ years old and a resident of India
- Products listed must be authentic and accurately described
- Sellers must fulfill orders within 3 business days of confirmation
- Sellers are responsible for product quality and customer satisfaction
- Counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items are strictly prohibited
- Sellers must maintain accurate stock counts to avoid overselling
4. Buyer Rights
- Buyers have the right to accurate product descriptions and images
- Return and refund rights as per our Refund Policy apply
- Buyers can report sellers for policy violations
5. Prohibited Content
- Counterfeit or replica products
- Products infringing intellectual property rights
- Adult or obscene content
- Products violating Indian law
- Misleading or fraudulent listings
6. Payment and Fees
DressUp India charges a platform fee of ₹29 per transaction. Additional payment processing fees may apply through Razorpay. GST (18%) is applicable on all transactions as per Indian tax law.
7. Intellectual Property
DressUp India owns all platform code, design, and branding. Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant DressUp India a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
DressUp India is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality issues, delivery delays, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the transaction value of the disputed order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
