Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if:
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unwashed, with all tags intact
- Original packaging is intact
- Item is not a sale/clearance item marked as non-returnable
- Size/color does not match the order
- Item received is damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear for hygiene reasons
- Customised or made-to-order items
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage by buyer
- Bridal wear ordered for specific events
How to Return

Initiate Return
Contact the seller via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason.

Pack the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship Back
Ship the item to the seller's address. Share the tracking number with the seller.

Refund Processed
After the seller receives and verifies the item, refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking: 2-3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 days (bank details required)
Shipping Cost for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we bear the return shipping cost. For size exchange or change of mind, return shipping is borne by the buyer.
